The equipment adopts crank linkage mechanism to realize vertical lifting and lowering movement, with simple structure, no overshoot and high reliability. The drive shaft and the crutch arm of the lifting structure adopt the process of welding and then processing, which improves the precision and is conducive to the effective transmission of power. The driving sprocket of the conveying device has a guard to avoid motion damage and improve safety. The two crossbeams of the conveying device are composed of aluminum profiles and bent steel plates, which can be maintained by taking out the chain guard in the slot of the aluminum profiles. The connecting rods of the lifting structure are connected with joint bearings, which is convenient for installation and debugging.
A guard is provided at the drive sprocket of the delivery unit to avoid motion damage and improve safety.
