Aisle stacker cranes have evolved from forklift trucks and bridge stacker cranes. The bridge type stacker cranes are very limited in running speed due to the heavy bridge, and they are only suitable for warehouses that do not have a high frequency of storage and retrieval or for storing long raw materials and bulky goods. The main purpose of the aisle stacker is to shuttle back and forth in the aisle of the high-level racking to deposit the goods located at the entrance of the aisle into the goods compartment; or, take out the goods in the goods compartment and transport them to the entrance of the aisle.
Aisle stacker cranes have the following features.
(1) The electrical control methods are manual, semi-automatic, stand-alone automatic and computerized control. One electrical control mode can be chosen arbitrarily.
(2) Most of the stacker cranes adopt frequency conversion speed control and photoelectric address, which is characterized by good speed control performance and high parking accuracy.
(3) Adopting safety sliding contact power transmission device to ensure reliable power supply.
(4)Utilizing overload loose rope and broken rope protection device to ensure work safety.
(5)Equipped with mobile workshop, indoor operating handle and button arrangement is reasonable, the seat is more comfortable.
(6)The weight of stacker frame is light. High flexural and torsional rigidity. The lifting guide rail has high precision, good abrasion resistance and can be precisely adjusted.
(7) The retractable forks reduce the width requirement of the aisle and improve the utilization rate of the warehouse area.
Single column type aisle stacker:
1. The frame structure is a rectangular frame composed of 1 column, upper crossbeam and lower crossbeam
2. Structural rigidity is worse than double column.
Suitable for warehouses with a lifting capacity of less than 2 tons and a lifting height of less than 16 meters.
Double-column type aisle stacker:
1. The frame structure is a rectangular frame composed of 2 columns, upper crossbeam and lower crossbeam.
2. Structural rigidity is better
3. Larger mass than single column
Suitable for warehouses with various lifting heights, general lifting capacity up to 5 tons, or larger if necessary, can be used for high-speed running
