Second, the misalignment correction and limit device open the door: when the shuttle car needs to be operated for layer change, the system controls the elevating platform to stop, after the stop is completed, the pendulum arm device rotates to the outside of the track from the lower direction, the bearings on the pendulum first enter the elevator side limit component arc-shaped guide groove, and then in the process of rotation, along with the shelves side limit component trumpet guide groove on the two sides of the guide rail misalignment correction, the pendulum arm to the guide groove to close the end of the section, the pendulum arm. Misalignment correction is completed. The pendulum arm is stuck into the guide groove of the limiting device, which acts as a temporary rigid connecting body, making the two sides of the guide rail as one, ensuring the smooth transition of the shuttle car.


During the swinging process, the swinging arm pivots the buffer mounting plate to open the limiting device and make way for the shuttle car to travel. The tail section of the buffer mounting plate is designed as a circular arc, and the arc is consistent with the rotating track of the swing arm, so that after the limit device is opened, the opening will not be increased or automatically reset earlier because the swing arm continues to rotate. The assortment opening of the limit device is restricted by the limit plate to prevent the buffer from falling back to the outside of the track and not automatically reset or interfering with neighboring equipment and materials, the misalignment correction is completed and the limit device opens the door by the proximity of the switch to detect the second state.



Reset: When the transition of shuttle car is finished, the swinging arm device swings to the inner side through the outer side of the track and returns to the initial position. The reset state is detected by the proximity switch one, and the swing arm is mechanically limited by the limiting angle. In the process of swinging arm reset, the limit device is automatically reset due to the center offset, and the counterweight is used to accelerate the reset of the limit device.


After the swing arm and limiters are reset, the system controls the elevator to reach the target level. Shuttle car from the elevator side to the shelf side of the process and the shuttle car from the shelf side to the elevator side of the same process.
